Fifteen years at Insights, and every single day reinforces my core belief: true transformation happens when people genuinely understand themselves and each other. 2024 wasn't just another year - it was a journey of expanding our Insights community across the Middle East and Africa, witnessing countless "Aha!" moments that remind me why I'm so passionate about this work. This year, we did something extraordinary. We stepped into Saudi Arabia with BALINCA, bringing our Insights Discovery approach into a market experiencing incredible, rapid change.
